Answers to our most commonly asked questions:
1) If your return date falls on a Sunday or holiday, you return the next business day.
2) If you receive an error message that says “There are unavailable days between the selected dates”, it means an item may technically be available but there is not enough time between reservations to ship the item to/from you.
3) You card is only charged the rental fee plus any applicable tax and shipping at check-out. You are not charged anything more unless an item is damaged beyond repair, returned late, or not returned at all.
